At KitchenAid Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new appliance or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Contact our Customer Experience team via our online portal or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Product
Carefully pack your item in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and promotional gifts to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our Sydney distribution center, ensuring the RA number is clearly visible on the outside of the box.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
